Payment
StudioMacs accept payment using Credit Card, Cheque, Cash or Paypal.
StudioMacs reserve the right to wait for payment by Cheque and Paypal to clear before goods are shipped.

Refunds
Every StudioMacs customer has the right to cancel their order within seven days of their contract with StudioMacs, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). StudioMacs require notification of cancellation either by telephone or email prior to the return of the goods. The goods must be packaged with all cables and peripherals that were delivered by StudioMacs. Units must be packed securely in the same boxes as originally used by StudioMacs for the transport of goods to the customer. The return of goods must be addressed and sent to StudioMacs Limited, Suite 55, 275 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4EL. The courier returning the goods must allow for deliveries to be tracked and StudioMacs recommend that delivery insurance is purchased from the courier. The shipping costs for returning the goods must be covered by the customer. Once returned to StudioMacs, the goods will be checked by StudioMacs staff. Only once confirmed that goods have been returned in the condition that they were supplied will a refund be issued. The refund will consist of the amount paid less £30 charge per unit for the original delivery cost of goods supplied unless goods were collected.
